Our main contact Sean and the rest of the team were incredibly attentive and made us feel very at ease with the whole process. Despite much of the stereotypes surrounding the profession we felt from the beginning that the attention and level of communication we were receiving showed the guys as genuinely having our interests at heart. The proof of this can be seen in the swift sale of our property and the equally swift purchase of our dream home a few weeks later. During the period of sale the team became our main point of contact as the solicitors we chose failed to match CJ Hole's emphasis on communication, guiding us through the final stages as they chased the solicitors for information. If you're looking to sell then I can't recommend their services highly enough and if you do find a property you like listed with them, you're fortunate to be buying with confidence.

Fantastic. Having banged our heads repeatedly against the Bristol housing market for weeks, my fiancee and I were lucky enough to find a lovely little property let by CJ Hole. Our lettings negotiator - Milli Rendell - was not only very helpful and thorough and efficient, she was also super friendly and a pleasure to talk to. What could have been a very stressful experience (first flat together as a couple) has not only been easy but really pleasant, which is how it should be. After all, renting a home should be a very personal, special time, which is how this feels!
