Brilliant team, friendly and efficient. I have a number of rental properties each with their own quirky maintenance needs and the Gloucester Road team, including Kat, Eerena and Emily, manage all these issues, emergencies and repairs, keep the flats in good condition and the tenants happy.

Eerena and Kelly made the entire house moving process an absolute pleasure. It was hassle free and extremely professional but also incredibly friendly! They answered any questions we had including a stupid phone call from us regarding how to turn on the extraction fan in the bathroom!

I walked in new at this and stressing as I needed a place to live, the service was professional, friendly and as I walked in at the right moment, quick.
