I was looking for the right property for a long time, dealing with multiple estate agents, but the Sales negotiation team at CJHole were second to none and really stood head and shoulders above other estate agents with their local and market knowledge and understanding of what I was after, but weren't at all pushy, just honest, which I really appreciated. I eventually purchased through them and Emma who progressed the sale made the whole process run smoothly for me (even though working on behalf of the vendor she was always there for me as the purchaser if I needed anything) with her continually being proactive and chasing the vendor's solicitor and making sure things got done! Took away a lot of the stress for me! They even follow up a few weeks/months after the transaction to see how you're doing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team, very pleased with their service.

We have been using CJ Hole to sell our house in Horfield and have been totally impressed with the service they offer. We would like to highlight their Sales Progression. We bought a house recently and the agents did nothing after the 'sale' was agreed. We had to progress everything through our solicitor to the sellers solicitor to the sellers, which made communication very difficult. CJ Hole have a full time 'progressor' who kept us up to date with searches, queries, mortgage offers and exchange. We would highly recommend them.
