We have purchased 2 properties from CJ Hole Bishopston and have found the service to be very refreshing compared to the usual estate agent experience. The agent understood the type of property we were looking for and had local knowledge which was invaluable in helping us choose the right property. The Agent did not waste our time showing us properties unsuitable to our needs. When we submitted our offer we had confidence that this was relayed to the seller without prejudice. Once we had an offer accepted there was no strong arm tactics to persuade us to use their financial services (also refreshing). We were kept regularly up to date with the progress of the purchase and even provided with advice for letting the property even though we had our own letting agent. I look forward to working with this Estate Agency again, and that is not something you can say often when it comes to Estate Agents!! If our current letting agent retires (a close friend) we will not hesitate to transfer our properties to CJ Hole's letting department.

We had registered our interest in a particular property several months before hand and were contacted by the team to let us know that there was a property about to come on the market - to me this was real customer service: that they had not only taken note of exactly the type of property we were after, but had kept our details to let us know about it. They quickly arranged viewings for our house, and got us several offers very quickly. We were then assigned Emma - who looked after the selling / buying process. She was excellent - gave us regular updates, kept things on track and gave us advice on our options / next steps. On top of all this she dealt very well with our very difficult buyer. At one point our buyer actually pulled out of the purchase, and the whole team worked very quickly, securing us a new buyer over the weekend, to ensure that we didn't lose the property we were buying. I was really happy with the approach the whole team in the Bishopston branch dealt with the sale of my property. They are really friendly and very professional, I would certainly recommend and use this company again. Although CJ Hole's fees were more from the other quotes i receieved i still choose this company to handle my sale because i knew i was going to get a proffessional service after meeting all of team, you get what you pay for and i could not be happier with the service i received from the Bishopston team. Fantastic team at CJ Hole Bishopston. Andy was our first point of contact and he did an amazing job to get the price we wanted for our mum's house sale and not only that, he was extremely sympathetic to mum's needs .
