We have been using CJ Hole to sell our house in Horfield and have been totally impressed with the service they offer. We would like to highlight their Sales Progression. We bought a house recently and the agents did nothing after the 'sale' was agreed. We had to progress everything through our solicitor to the sellers solicitor to the sellers, which made communication very difficult. CJ Hole have a full time 'progressor' who kept us up to date with searches, queries, mortgage offers and exchange. We would highly recommend them.

Joseph originally showed me around the property and was not at all pushy and allowed me and my partner to come back and visit multiple times until we were confident. Emma, who helped once we'd decided to buy, was very professional kept me periodically updated, demystified the process, and removed a lot of stress I was going through dealing with solicitors at the time. The housing market seemed daunting as a first time buyer, and was, but Emma at CJ Hole Bishopston, was wonderful from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she pushed for resolution of issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, even when others did not seem to be doing so and ensured that everything was completed in a timely fashion.
