The C J Hole staff are outstanding - efficient, helpful and attentive and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism. This property was marketed by the company on a let only basis and is not managed by them and, unfortunately, the property was viewed whilst the previous tenants were in attendance and I was not able to inspect it properly. Consequently, we have now found that the standard of repair, cleanliness and décor falls seriously below the norm In addition the inventory appears to be based on an historic document and certainly does not reflect the current state of the property and its contents. The situation is being recovered slowly in conjunction with the landlord but has caused us much stress; to that end, I would recommend that prospective tenants discuss this scenario with C J Hole agents prior to signing their agreement.

Recently we have moved to Bristol, a new city for us (a young professional couple) to live in and Cj-Hole helped us to find the right home here. We were very happy with the general services specially the communication. Thanks a lot to Phillipa. But we also think a better investigation could be done to inspect all the required maintenance in the property as we had to do some of it ourselves. But our general experience was positive.
