Thanks to all the team for their marketing and selling of our property during the summer. They provided prompt feedback after each viewing and negotiated a fair price on our behalf. Peter handled all the mechanics very well; it's the first time I've had first hand experience of a role like his, and now i don't know why everybody doesn't do it!

From start to finish the service was excellent. Each buyer the negotiator showed around the house wanted it, which was a perfect position to be in for offers. Claire Southall negotiated the price for me perfectly.

White and Guard were fantastic while we were looking for a property, we went through many viewings with them and when we felt like we couldn't find anything they were determined to find us our home. They remained in touch after unsuccessful viewings and steadily sent new properties that suited us. We've not felt pressured or pushed like you do with the bigger names at any point of the process, White and Guard always put a huge emphasis on our purchase being 100% right that we felt incredibly supported in our search.
