We recently bought a house though Mullucks. We were very happy with the service they provided. In particular, Andrew Kershaw, Liz Sharpe, William Wells. They helped with Negotiation, and then constant progress chasing of all parties involved in the chain, through to successful conclusion. No other estate agent in the chain were as proactive. It shows the value that an Estate Agent can bring to the whole process (not just the "Agreeing a Sale" part). Thanks to all at Mullucks. We are very happy with our new house and location.
