William Wells and his team at Mullucks in Bishops Stortford did an excellent job in selling my late mother's property on our behalf during a slow housing market. He was professional throughout giving excellent advice on the price, marketing and eventual sale of the property using his many years of experience. He kept in regular touch with us throughout the process and kept the sale moving forward despite the long chain. This involved staying in touch with the agents of the other properties in the chain. As we lived quite far away, William was able to go to the property on our behalf and let us know if anything was needed. His team was always available on the phone if William was at another property or away. We liked his approach to selling the property using personal contact rather than relying solely on property portals.

Easy process

Highly recommend Mullucks letting team, really easy process from start to finish. I had no issues (apart from the standard small repairs) - all reported and fixed within days and no questions asked. Highly recommend Vanessa brown and her communication throughout.

I cannot praise Mullucks of Bishops Stortford highly enough. All staff were friendly yet professional from the original valuation to completion. Moving from a house I have lived in for 42 years is quite a wrench but I felt supported at all times. Andrew and Liz were particularly helpful.
