We recently completed on our first home, buying through Russell Property. From start to finish our experience was 1st class and the entire team were highly professional and efficient. We dealt with Ellie in the first instance who went out of her way to speak with us to understand our requirements and our budget. From there, Ellie kept us posted on a number of properties that were coming up for sale. Although, one house particularly stood out which was off-market, in which we were the first to view and ticked all of our boxes. To make it even better the house was on our dream road, something which we had mentioned to Ellie in our first couple of chats. During the conveyancing and sales progression we dealt with Becky and Paula, both of whom were very attentive and lovely to speak with, always keeping us regularly informed on the progress of our purchase. We could also not forget Doug, who covered Becky whilst she was away on holiday, and done a great job at pushing the final stages of our purchase along and helping to get us to point of exchange. This really highlighted the team’s strength at Russell Property given there was no lack of communication during leave or wasted time.
