Russell Property - Bishop's Stortford

We have rented our house from Russell Property for 4 years and they are very professional. I want to however give a special mention to Rachel, she is always such a friendly and professional person and has just made our Christmas by going that extra mile and really caring about the problems we had with our boiler. She has made sure we are warm for Xmas and really did care about us as a young family. Thank you Rachel.
