He kept us fully informed at all stages of the process. He always answered his phone promptly and responded within minutes if I left a message. We dealt with Charlie Cummings in Stortford in trying to buy a property. Although unsuccessful, this was down to the vendors indecisiveness and by far Charlie, out of all the agents we have dealt with in trying to find a new home, was the most on the ball and really did his best to help.
