Since the start of 2023 we have been searching for a suitable rental home. We had a number of asks, not all of them easy, especially at a time when the rental market is highly competitive! I called Intercounty at the end of January to register our details and lucky for me it was Harry who answered my call. Right from the beginning Harry has been professional, informative, and experienced. Following many calls since Harry has continued to exceed our expectations. He has always been reliable, accessible, knowledgable, considerate and patient. And every time he said he would call me back, he did! How rare is that these days! Even though we ended up renting a home via an alternate agency, anyone who is either thinking of letting their home or renting a home connect with Harry. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with in every possible way. Such an asset to Intercounty!

We both would like to thank Doug Whybrow, our sales progressor, for getting us through the whole process of moving house. He was supportive when things took late unexpected turns and kept in constant contact so we knew what was going on. He helped keep us upbeat and in the end got the job done, which is what we all want! A special mention, also, to William Jobber, our sales negotiator, who went the extra mile when we needed him to - thanks to both of them we're very happy in our new home!

Many thanks to Lucy Sandford for helping to sort out matters relating to return the deposit my mother gave in 1984. Lucy was always friendly as we worked together to sort out a somewhat complicated situation and I'm grateful to her for her kindness.
