Had a great experience working with Doug Whybrow at Intercounty. He was on the ball and was chasing my solicitors on my behalf. For example, you have to do an identity check, the app said this was complete and all checks passed, it wasn't until Doug chased the solicitors that I was told this was not the case and I needed to do additional checks. If it wasn't for Doug this process could have been a lot longer.

We had a really good experience viewing properties with Intercounty. Jake M. understood that we will be travelling a long distance and arranged multiple viewings for us in a day. Jake and Katie were extremely kind and nice. It was a very nice experience overall. (Have not rented through Intercounty yet).

I had the best experience with Intercounty Bishops Stortford, I have never worked with an agent who was so on the ball and kept us in the loop of everything going on. We met Jake at one of our viewings and he was so welcoming and friendly which made the overall experience much more relaxing. I am happy to say we will now be letting a property through Intercounty and I feel like we are in very safe hands with them.
