We rented through Intercounty and had a great experience, dealing directly with Katie, Natasha and Sheli. The only issue with the entirety of the process was the fact that our property has a right of access through its back garden which we were not informed about until a neighbour informed us as we moved in, this should be disclosed during the viewing stage. Otherwise the process of renting was smooth and the agents were knowledgable and helpful and swift to solve any issues that arose.

Sheli Harry Natasha and Katie all exceptional customer service. Katie was so positive every time she answered the phone and whole team gave excellent customer service. Natasha put up with my constant questions. Harry was so friendly and helpful and Sheli sorted out my paperwork. Letting a property is awful process but they helped me every step of the way! They have been absolutely fantastic, especially with arranging viewings. Kudos to Kristy, Charlie, and Helen for their professionalism. When we arrived at the property, Millie greeted us with such warmth and provided all the information we needed. What we loved most was how she gave us the space to explore the house at our own pace, rather than hovering over us. Millie, thank you so much for taking such great care of us!
