Shameful after sales service. Not to be trusted. Following a dispute, the manager refused to put into writing a land value quote previously made verbally, and indeed wouldn't even take our call ... asking a colleague to email us. I would never ever use them again, buy or sell a house through them - my family cannot recommend them in any way. I wish I could give zero stars
