Had a fantastic experience with Intercounty Bishop’s Stortford. Natasha conducted the viewing and was amazing — friendly, professional, and very helpful. After that, I was supported by Reece Knight and Sheli, and both were excellent throughout the process. They were always very responsive, and whenever I called the office, my queries were handled promptly and professionally. Sheli, in particular, stood out — she was incredibly understanding, proactive, and always followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. Her support really made a difference. I viewed many properties through different letting agencies, but Intercounty provided one of the best experiences I’ve had. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their service!
