I had rented a property with Intercounty for a two year tenancy utilising the Bishop’s Stortford branch. I dealt with Matt Stapleton throughout my tenancy and he was brilliant. He went above and beyond in his customer service for a whole matter of queries and I was very grateful to have direct contact with someone who was personable, efficient and showed empathy when needed. Penny was also lovely. Would definitely recommend this management company because of their staff members.
