The sale was achieved within a short period of time at our acceptable price. The conveyancing aspect of the sale caused difficulties with a lack of communication from the Purchaser’s but despite that with all their efforts, and our solicitors, the matter proceeded to satisfactory simultaneous exchange and completion.
