Had a great experience working with Doug Whybrow at Intercounty. He was on the ball and was chasing my solicitors on my behalf. For example, you have to do an identity check, the app said this was complete and all checks passed, it wasn't until Doug chased the solicitors that I was told this was not the case and I needed to do additional checks. If it wasn't for Doug this process could have been a lot longer.
