A banana would do a better job at selling than these guys. Incredibly rude lady named Helen, speaks over you, rude and clearly doesn’t care about her clients. She couldn’t sell plastic surgery to Joan rivers. Very disappointed in the service I received, I would expect a better service from a company as large as intercounty. She dropped the ball regarding communication, scheduled to call me and didn’t, refused to submit my offer, lack of negotiation skills and most annoyingly.. lied. Due to her incompetence, we feel we have lost out on an incredible opportunity. Oh, I also didn’t appreciate her lecturing me about her 30 year career when I told her I was unhappy with the situation. 30 years outdated, clearly.
