Julia Sansom is the property manager of the house we rent and every time we need she replies our emails after 5 minutes, she is very kind and helpful. Also we had a problem with our water tank and I called and spoke to Kathryn Keats, a lovely lady, very patient on the phone. After 2 hours of my call we had the contractor stepping in the house and the problem was fixed! Thank u Kathryn, you are a star! Julie, the lady that comes to check the house from time to time is very nice as well. All of them have an excellent customer service, I will never use another agency in town again, love it!
