I write this review with Doug Whybrow in mind. I found his help extremely professional, very welcome and helpful after a not so good experience following the PPL website being hacked and weeks of literally no communication whatsoever. When Doug came on our case we actually had a person at the end of the phone to talk to who actually went away proactively and resolved issues that arose where he wasn't able to help immediately. He always kept his promises, got back to us when he said he would which I'm sure he was instrumental in the lead up to exchange/completion. Martin Wheatley
