You have been tremendously supportive and helpful throughout the process, always at hand when I needed to discuss items with you (or to vent my frustration with the Buyer's solicitors; glad I still have a head full of hair!). An excellent customer service is the number one job in any estate agents. And Helen, Jack and the rest of the Intercounty team have delivered this and more. Having to deal with a tenant whilst also arranging Sales viewings during the Covid pandemic would be a challenge for most people, but the Intercounty team weren't fazed by it.
