I would just like to say a BIG thank you to Doug at Intercounty - our buyers mortgage was days away from running out and without him sorting out a split completion with everyone involved-our sale and purchase would have been lost !! He was the agent of the house we were buying - so not actually our agent -but without him negotiating with all the other agents involved, including ours-we wouldn’t be now, sitting in our new home!!
