Oulsnam - Hagley Road

Really friendly staff and great advice. Would definitely recommend.

We have recently sold our property with the help of Oulsnam in Bearwood. We dealt with the whole team at different times throughout the process and they were all brilliant. They were easy to get hold of whenever we needed them, were professional and prompt to viewings and showed compassion when we unfortunately had a sale fall through. As first time sellers we also really appreciated their honesty and advice throughout. Particular thanks to Sarah who was an amazing help for us, particularly in the last few weeks whilst we waited to exchange contracts. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling in the area. Thanks again Ben, Debbie, Sarah and D'Arcy.

The whole team at Oulsnams are brilliant! We bought our Bearwood property through them several years ago and knew there was only one estate agent we would want to use when selling again. From the initial enquiries/photos when marketing our house right through to exchange of contracts we have found everyone to be friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The communication has been absolutely exemplary during the whole process and we have found Sarah to be incredible, always keeping us in the loop and helping to keep things moving. We couldn’t recommended the team enough and want to thank them for their hard work!

Oulsnam have recently completed the sale of my Bearwood house and I have to say that they were absolutely fantastic throughout. The whole process was made very easy from Ben’s first visit, valuation, photos and initial marketing of my property. The various phases were explained very well and I was left with a confidence that everything would be handled professionally. Several visits were made for the first week of going on sale and I was fortunate to receive an offer very quickly. Once the offer was accepted the Oulsnam team handled everything from there in. I really couldn’t fault the service and would definitely recommend Oulsnam to anyone looking to sell their house. Thank you team!!

I was a first time buyer and dealt with Sarah Nourse. I thought that she was very good at dealing with comms between buyer/seller, she managed to get quick responses to questions and also went above and beyond in trying to get in touch with solicitors and the other parties. I enjoyed working with her throughout the transaction.

I highly recommend Oulsnam Estate agent in bearwood. They processed the whole selling experience without unnecessary added stress because they were considerate, honest, efficient and hard working. Consequently, inspiring trust. I particularly appreciate the first meeting with Ben because he thoughtfully tried to guide me . Moreover, his photos of the property indicated an appreciation of it's positive features. Sarah was lovely, considerate and she worked hard and promptly to support me. Thank you very much! I highly recommend them.

I bought my property from Ben at Oulsnams Bearwood 10 years ago. They were so helpful and professional then and remain so during my recent sale of the same house. The team are fabulous, helpful, professional and supportive. There is a huge wealth of knowledge about the housing market, conveyancing and the area with the team. I felt in safe hands every step of the way. Debbie looked after my sale and was excellent. Ben, Sarah and the rest of the team were always courteous and helpful. They take Estate Agents to a whole new level. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I chose Oulsnam for the sale of my property based on their activity and record of sales in the area. They managed to sell the property within weeks and kept in touch with progress throughout the process. Debbie was in regular contact to ensure smooth running of sale and dealt with any queries promptly and efficiently.

Very helpful. Dealt with Sarah who was great and very responsive

If only all estate agents acted as Oulsnams do.....they were fantastic to sell with, highly recommended.
