Impressive level of service and support in the marketing and ultimate sale of my property. From the very first time I walked into the office until the sale completed they acted in an extremely professional manner whilst remaining friendly and informative. I could not have asked for more.

Thanks for fantastic service and finding the right buyers for our home. Without your continued professionalism and support we would almost certainly have lost the sale. Everyone at the Hagley Road branch was excellent but a special mention needs to go to Jodie Austin who was our negotiator and kept the chain together.

Would recommend this estate agent. They acted on the purchase of my first house and kept things moving along and were proactive in chasing things up.

Professional and informed service

The Hagley Road branch dealt with the sale of our house. Ben dealt with the valuation and was the point of contact during the negotiation of the sale. He was very good to talk to about values and offers. In particular, there was no pressure to accept any offer at any price; rather, the offers could be discussed sensibly so that we could make a decision we were happy with. The photos on the marketing brochure were well taken too, and showed the house to its best.

Customer service was a bit below average. Its tones for me, if I call and speak to you polite I expect the same!

I recently had a property viewing with this agent and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The agent arrived visibly angry from the start and told us we only had a few minutes left, despite us being just 5 minutes late. She was dressed completely inappropriately for a professional appointment (t-shirt and shorts). She told me she had left me lots of missed calls and when I showed her my phone and told her I hadn’t received any calls - she said “that’s not my problem”. This was astounding as it was almost like she didn’t realise her job was to sell the house and we were the people looking to buy it! She scowled throughout the entire viewing and shut the door on three members of my family, including a child, before I had to explain they were also there to view the property. We were then rushed out and told to reschedule. I would not recommend this agent to anyone, and I’d think twice about using this agency at all.

Tried to arrange a viewing if a property today. They wanted proof of funds and proof of identification otherwise we couldn't view the property. We are cash buyers and have viewed with several other estate agents and never been asked to provide such information. Not prepared to hand over such personal information just to view a house. No other estate agent asked for this unless you are making an offer. Potential sale lost and they didn't seem to care one bit.

horrible fake seller I asked for a house view and then they told I should register with them prior to booking a view. I did it quickly and sent for them ID card copy. then when I called them back, they told the house sold already. this is not. a good idea to find email and have the personal information of people. please be careful about their trick.

Connecting with them is pain and arranging a viewing is so painful
