Oulsnam - Hagley Road

D'arcy was a complete dream for my wife and I while we bought our first house. She's happy to explain the process and share all the information she has, is always quick to respond and is super friendly and approachable too! We dealt with another agent from Oulsnam too, and she was amazing! Highly recommend

Had a really good experience with Oulsnam estate agents. Especially with Sarah being my agent. She was very helpful and guided me in purchasing my first property. Would recommend.

I've only used Oulsnam for viewings so far, but have been impressed by the level of information they are able to give to prospective buyers. They are also quick to book viewings in and reply to queries. I'm hoping I'm able to find my next purchase through them!

Oulsnam acted as the agent for the seller of the property I purchased. The Hagley Road team was fantastic and helped progress the purchase swiftly, while accommodating additional viewings. Thanks to Debbie and D'arcy for their support!

I would certainly recommend the team at Oulsams. The service and support I received selling our property was amazing. Debbie was always calm and reassuring. We sold 3 times with the first 2 buyers pulling out, so stressful. The team supported us throughout, liaising with our buyers to the end, thank you .

Nice experience.

Fantastic service from Sarah to get our purchase over the line. Communication was great and she was always there to answer any questions we had.

Sarah was fantastic in helping us through the painful sale of our house! She was always on the ball and trying to reach the buyers in what became a painful series of mess ups on their part - she is a consummate professional and in the end I think she was in more in pain than we were! Would highly recommend.

I bough my property a month ago, mainly D’arcy and also Sarah was dealing with my purchase, they are so friendly and supportive through all the process, honestly I approached lots of estate agents for years they the best!

Sarah and Ben were amazing to deal with; we found them pleasant and honest from the outset. We agreed a sale on our home fairly quickly after it went on the market but we went through several failed purchases before finally managing to secure our new home. Throughout all this, Sarah and Ben gave personal and professional advice and managed to keep our buyers on board. Things were a little frantic towards the end but Sarah always responded quickly to my queries and requests for updates. Their knowledge of Bearwood is also second to none and their fees were lower than others. I would thoroughly recommend them to others selling up in the area.
