I have used this estate agent twice for property sales - both times there were some problems along the way (nothing to do with Martin and Co) but both times their professional advice and support did a great deal to move the process along. They always respond to emails and calls - which many firms do not - so I knew where I was, and they did their best to help chase up a much less responsive solicitor. In a time of free or cheap online-only firms, I still believe that paying for a proper estate agent you can actually talk to and meet in person is a wise investment.

At Martin & Co, I was helped by Nathan in providing the details and even agree to make remote arrangements for apartment viewing, as I am not physically in the UK.
