I have made a house application through Martin and Co -Birmingham office. Although initially I couldn't rent and apply on the date we first agreed on, once I explained to them, they kindly understood, spoke to landlord on my behalf, vouched for me so he accept my application for second time. Didn't have a good credit, yet they supported me with guarantor application and made thing quite easy and smooth for me. A big thanks to Owen and Amelia. Owen despite being late on first application, trusted me and spoke to landlord to accept my 2nd application Amelia, for for helping out with tenancy and guarantor work, everytime I emailed her, asked her anything, she would reply within a matter of few minutes. They couldn't both be any more supportive.
