Would not recommend. This has been my worst renting experience in 8 years in this city. I raised a formal complaint over two months ago regarding tenancy handling, communication delays, early-release discussions, maintenance delays, and lack of clear policy explanations. To date, I have not received a proper response. Complaint handling and communication need serious improvement.
