I was immensely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Scott Haddock who bent over backwards to fit us in with a number of last-minute viewings last week. He asked some great questions to qualify our interest and made sure we had done our homework in the areas we were looking at. This took into account many factors which come into play when renting an apartment in a new city - location, surrounding areas, proximity to services and work etc. By not only focusing on the properties themselves, but the whole picture, we were really bought into him and our customer experience.
