Kav Paval was professional and efficient while handling a lot of people at a large group viewing in the busy city center, which was impressive considering the current tenant was a half hour late to the viewing himself. Any and all information was at hand and he was friendly and ready to help at all times, making the process a lot smoother than it might have been with another agent. Credit to the agency.
