Excellent customer services! I could not recommend this branch more. The estate agents have market knowledge, impecable customer service. I have been their tenant while a student and now I am their landlord as a result of their relationship management and fair treatment. As for their prices with no shadow of a doubt that the price for their service is more than fair.

Fantastic, simple as that. Met Major just over 7 years ago and rented a property from him until a few weeks ago. The staff are very professional but at the same time you are made to feel like a friend. Having rented a property for 7 years there are bound to be occasional faults arising, these were dealt with in a timely manner by expert craftsmen. All I had to do was pick up the phone and call the wonderful Charlie and she sorted any problems we had. No hassle or multiple calls, she really is a credit to the company. The only negative thing I can add is since I have moved out I feel like I have lost a lot of friends. I will be dropping in for coffee when I am passing. Major and his team managed an apartment for me in Birmingham for 8 years. They did an excellent job. Very professional kept me informed and worked hard to minimise the maintenance costs etc for me. We had a couple tenant issues and they managed the situations to a good outcome and again worked to minimise costs. As an absent landlord they gave me confidence and peace of mind that everything was being managed appropriately and most importantly tenants being treated with respect. Highly recimmend them
