1st Class from Start to Finish

We had an apartment to sell in Bingley, and after reading reviews of the main selling agents, decided to go with Henleys. From the very first call to the office to arrange an appointment, we were impressed with the efficiency of the staff,i.e. nothing had to be repeated twice etc. All initial particulars were jotted down with minimum fuss and that situation carried on throughout the whole process. The apartment was viewed, photographed and listed on their website within 48 hours and a buyer quickly found, much to our astonishment. We had regular updates as to the progress of the contract, and although our buyer had a few problems with his own chain, things have now proceeded to legal completion. All of the staff we met and spoke to (Carla, Emily, Verity, David and Sue) were friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly efficient and I would recommend Henleys to absolutely anyone. 5 Stars were never more deserved.,
