Superstars

I highly recommend Tristan at Avocado. Tristan helped me to let my property on a fully managed basis. The whole process was super smooth and professionally handled with clear communication, clear documents and a smooth search for tenants. Tristan was readily available to answer any questions when ever needed. It is clear that Tristan cares about the full trifecta of (i) landlord, (ii) tenant and (iii) doing the right thing to build a socially responsible business and on that basis I would highly recommend him and Avocado.

I have recently let my house through Avocado and they have been great at every step of the process. The marketing material and videos prepared were high quality. Tristan in the team gave us a lot of help extra help with minor things when I wasn’t in the country. I recommend them to anyone looking to rent in and around Shinfield.

With the superb assistance from Dan and his partner Tristan @Avocado, I have successfully purchased an apartment while I am not personally in UK. They have got the in depth knowledge and wide business network on the property market which facilitates the smooth completion of the transaction. Thumbs up and really really grateful!

We have sold 2 houses in the last 10 months, both through Mike Robson @ Avocado. We would recommend him & Avocado to use for anyone else thinking of selling their property. We only dealt with Mike who was very knowlegeable & always available by phone, text & email.
