Avocado Property

Avocado properties is an amazing company who, do not just care, but they go the extra, not just 1 mile, but the extra 5 miles! I moved into one of their properties and the service has been incredible. Pooja, who I am dealing with, sets the standard on Customer Care and Customer Service! She is incredibly helpful, and demonstrates ownership. She is a problem-solver, very humble, and amazingly quick to respond. A rarely found talent!

Avocado weren't our estate agent, they were our sellers BUT I wish they were! From the start of the process all the way through to completion I couldn't fault them. They kept us more up to date than our own estate agents. Our buyer was particularly challenging but both Ellen and Sanjay kept us informed, calm and generally reassured. When Sanjay was asked for advice he was always quick to respond and I felt confident with what he suggested. If we were to move again (at the minute never again), I would 100% go with Avocado. Plus the added bonus of Alan the Avocado on the house keys on completion and the biggest bag of sweets 😋

This is the first agency that I am happy with while renting a flat in the UK. Very helpful and most important - very responsive! I can't express how good the service that we are getting from Pooja is - never had a problem contacting her, always quickly responding to emails and trying to help as much as she can. Very positive and professional approach to work - I would recommend her and overall Avocado Property. Thank you!
