Michael Poole - Billingham

I'm in the process of purchasing a house using Michael Poole estate agents, and so far so good. I decided to use their conveyancy facilities and I'm always kept up to date with my purchasing progress. Helen from the Coulby Newham branch has been a great help. I'm looking forward to moving into my new home before Christmas!

Rachael Laverick at the coulby newham branch helped us buy our first home, really appreciate how much effort she put in to move things along. Would definitely recommend 👍

I just want to give a massive thanks to Vicki Phelps at Micheal Poole Nunthorpe! She and all the girls there made a stressful process a whole lot easier! Vicki was always at the end of the phone (or email) if I ever needed anything. I picked my keys up today and couldn’t be happier. Top service!

Thankyou Rachel and team for handling the sale of my home that is now sold professional service throughout 😀😀

A friendly reliable service nothing was to much trouble and this was from selling our property and purchasing our new home. A huge thanks to the staff in the Nunthorpe office especially vicki Phelps

Just wanted to give Vicki Phelps in particular, (and also a mention to Victoria Wood as well for rushing her curried noodles to come out to see me!) a well deserved 5 stars for the time and sheer effort she's put into selling my home for me. She keeps me posted on things when she's not even at work, when she's in bed and it's 11pm at night, if she's dealing with her kids and probably even emails me while she's in the shower!!!! Absolutely full of personality, bubbly and a wonderful dedicated member of staff! I've also got to mention Victoria in this too, absolutely lovely lady who is so polite and friendly and goes out of her way to help and accommodate. Both an absolute credit to your company and I truly wouldn't recommend any other estate agent xx

Fantastic staff in the nunthorpe branch Victoria wood and Claire both extremely helpful, prompt in dealing with queries and honest. Not forgetting David whom has supported us with many house moves - thanks to you all

Delighted is an understatement in dealing with the Billingham branch for the sale of our new home. Fantastic communication, speedy answers and fantastic customer service from Sam, Ian and Matt 10/10

Victoria Wood is the most helpful estate agent I had. She always immediately come back to you and are just lovely and helpful. I always get feedback from her after a viewing.

Thank you to Matthew Hunt for recommending Gill Stamp who was very helpful in regards to my mortage and the options I had.
