Michael Poole - Billingham

Used letcheck many times as a landlord. They are reliable and efficient and provide extremely comprehensive and transparent reports.

Excellent service. Real pleasure from day one. Allowed to view at my own pace. Nothing too much trouble with all questions answered (no flannel). Frequent updates on progress. If you are thinking of buying a property in the Billingham area I highly recommend contacting Megan and Matthew.

If you are a landlord or tenant, Bunk are the go-to-agents. They make the whole process hassle free and have been exceptional in their service to us, attracting our ideal tenants. All the staff are very professional, helpful and personable. Their online platform is extremely user friendly, transparent and innovative and they always available to answer any questions or queries we may have. The pricing structure/fees are very affordable and their background checks and referencing are on point. They are pioneering the future of renting and lettings which is so refreshing to see and experience. We will continue to work with Bunk as our portfolio of providing high quality, affordable refurbished and new build apartments continues to grow. Roma Homes

Excellent customer service. Have a dedicated advisor with a direct telephone number, no choosing options, who is very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend Bunk.

I have already recommended Bunk to anyone who is even vaguely interested! They've been wonderful in letting my flat. They organised tenants moving out, returning deposits, inventory, transfer of bills, finding new tenants, moving them in, references, repairs, maintenance and monthly payments. All this for quite a lot less than the previous agent charged for simply finding a tenant. All round excellent...

Having used Jamie Apsey-Brown for my property portfolio, I can honestly say his customer service has been of the highest quality. I was a bit apprehensive at first with using Bunk however they have been extremely helpful throughout my journey with them and have exceeded all expectations. The app is extremely easy to use and their service extremely easy to understand. This company is going places and I am delighted to be part of their journey. I know my portfolio is in safe hands and would highly recommend other landlords use their services! Thank you Jamie and the rest of the Bunk team A+++
