We used EweMove Huntingdon to manage our rental property for a number of years and more recently for the sale of the property. Sarah Fitton has been exceptional in every sense and at every step of the way! A truly rare find... she's honest, easy going, great at communicating, and most importantly highly capable. Always one step ahead and went above and beyond in dealing with any issues that arose - nothing was too much trouble. Worth her weight in gold!! You're in safe hands with EweMove Huntingdon.

We worked with Sarah over many years (1 rental and two sales) and had a very professional and helpful experience and so would highly recommend. Its a tough market with many stakeholders to manage and Sarah always has a practical and cheerful approach. She offers advice but is also flexible and able to follow clients wishes where they might differ.

We worked with Sarah as our letting agent when we moved abroad and rented out our home, and she was simply fantastic. She handled all the paperwork smoothly and connected us with excellent local contractors for things like window replacements, decoration, and electrical checks. Now that we’re in China, she’s been a huge help, always available via WhatsApp to sort out any issues that come up. We really appreciate her professionalism and would definitely recommend her services!

Sam was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He sold my house for the full asking price within just 6 days, which completely exceeded my expectations (Yopa's valuation was £45,000 lower!) From the moment we met, Sam's passion for the Upton area really shone through — he genuinely cares about the community and knows the local market inside out. Sam worked incredibly hard, kept me updated every step of the way, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re thinking of selling in Upton, I can’t recommend Sam highly enough — he really goes above and beyond.
Paul advised brilliantly throughout the process, and he and Jayne coordinated viewings in our absence and communicated brilliantly. Fiona ensured everything ran smoothly and nudged the various solicitors to keep things moving along the chain. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Ewemove!

Just recently purchased a property from Michael Hodgson Estate Agents. Lynne was the advisor looking after the sale. I wanted to leave a review to give a big thank you. Great communication and very professional throughout.
