Excellent experience - the Admin staff making the booking were extremely helpful and efficient, the Inventory Clerk extremely thorough, and when I raised two very minor questions about the report, these were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

Excellent service from the first valuation visit to the sale completion. Thanks to everyone involved. Communication is key when selling your home, it’s a very stressful time but the team kept us fully informed throughout and couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended!

Friendliest estate agents in Billingham - no harassing you all of the time but always available to answer my (sometimes dumb!) questions. Got a much better price than other agents suggested, with their cracking promotion of the property.

Rachel and Matthew of Michael Poole Billingham have been exceptionally professional, courteous, and just so helpful during our house sale. They have been great with feedback and communication and are just so good to deal with. I have to say they're the best Estate Agency I've ever dealt with. Thank you both.
