Really fantastic company with very personal care. They have been attentive and helpful throughout the process.
Highly recommended both for buying and letting properties in Middlesbrough and Billingham area. Stuffs are very proactive and helpful.
Great service. Got involved with all parties when solicitors were taking too long to complete. Willing to help with everything and offer advice. Debbie is a star!
Excellent service from Michael Poole. Very friendly, very supportive and very professional. The service I've received from Debbie Watts has been superb and she's gone over and above to help us move forward with our purchase. We had a visit from Matthew Hunt and although he was not representing us he was excellent with his advise and gave us another option to look at. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Michael Poole and if you need someone to go that extra mile then ask for Debbie or Matthew.
Michael Pool were great with our sale. Photos and description were great, our house sold quickly (which is what we wanted). The team kept in touch and kept us up to date throughout the sale process. Highly recommend.
I Found michael Poole was very professional and the staff very nice I would recommend them to anyone
Really helpful and made the process of buying my first home very straightforward.
Excellent service by the Billingham office especially by Jill who could not have done more when we hit complications on moving day!
Gill in the Billingham branch has been extremely helpful and patient with me during the selling process. Due to a recent health scare and waiting to get a mortgage in place for my situation Gill has been very calm and knowledgeable.
