Michael Poole were quickly able to get us a viewing on a property we were interested in. This was key for us as we were under time pressure to find a property to buy. Throughout the purchase process there was an open line of communication, and despite some confusion on the sellers part in regards to close out date, everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard. The staff were polite and courteous and the welcome gift once we got our keys was a nice touch.

Excellent service when buying a property in auction. The man who showed us round the property on 3 separate occasions was excellent. On receiving the keys after completion the office staff at Michael pool gave us a little welcome hamper, the cider was much appreciated.

Paul and the team supported us for over 2 years as we struggled to find somewhere worth moving to. Paul sold our house on multiple occasions, and each time his judgement was spot on and got us the right price. We were never pressured and always felt Paul wanted the right outcome for our family.
