Michael Poole - Billingham

I am a landlord and have used Letcheck since 2016. Since they have been unfailingly reliable and efficient, as well as inexpensive, I have no reason to look for an alternative company! The quality of the photos is good and I feel as though the inventory clerk’s comments are comprehensive and accurate. I have never had any complaints from tenants that the check in or check out reports are inaccurate. Communication with the bookings team is extremely straightforward. Would recommend.

A big thanks to Debbie, she has been amazing throughout the transaction, keeping us updated through the ups and downs. Would highly recommend.

Great service from all the team. Made selling my home very quick and easy. Thank you for all of your help, especially Debbie!

Would highly recommend this estate agents for selling your property. The whole process ran so smoothly. I received weekly updates, via emails, text messages and telephone calls. The house was only on the market for approximately 5 weeks when we accepted an offer!

Debbie was fully supportive throughout my purchase. Debbie kept me upto date at all times and was always friendly and helpful. Excellent service, I couldn't have dealt with a better agent. Thankyou Debbie!
