The team at Michael Poole Billingham, Debbie especially, were fantastic in helping me with the sale of my house. They were professional, clearly experienced and knowledgeable. It was great to know that they were always at the end of the phone to give advice and support and that no question was a silly one! Debbie gave me regular updates throughout the whole process, communicating with me clearly and working around my work commitments to make sure I was always in the loop. The Michael Poole team made the process of selling my house much easier and I would recommend them to anyone!

The estate agent has been excellent throughout the process of purchasing a property. They performed the vast majority of the 'chasing up' of solicitors etc. keeping me well updated with frequent communication. The overall process has been smooth and would definitely recommend from a buyers perspective. Big shout out to Debbie!
