Fantastic service by Irma Bucci and Tracey Curaba. Having started our search at the beginning of the year, we finally found our soon to be beautiful family home. Right from the start Irma has been very helpful, welcoming, professional and has really helped to convert the offer to completion when we had queries with the seller. Due to the size of the property we encountered a few issues with the deeds. We feel Irma went above her duty to help out and deal with both parties amicably all whilst going through the current pandemic. We always felt Irma was there for us during this big purchase. Our calls and emails were always instantly dealt with by Irma or Tracey and both always actioned any queries themselves with our solicitors to help move things along. Ashley was great. My mother felt very comfortable dealing with him. We were fortunate that the first people to view my mother’s property made an offer straight away. The whole process was relatively straightforward. Ashley helped progress the sale to completion, as the usual member of staff was taken ill. He did a good job! All in all the staff at Country Properties were very polite, they all had good customer care skills. This was one of the main reasons we chose Country Properties.
