Laura was a fantastic help from day one of general enquiries all through to completion. Where we had times of frustrations through lack of updates from either legal parties, Laura was quick to action and keep the purchase moving. Laura had great communication throughout and when not in office, her team were in the know of our case, showing top communication throughout the branch. It is always said that moving home is one of the 3 most stressful things you can do in life. It’s true !!! Although my sale took 5 months to complete due to complexities regarding freehold/leasehold without Laura at Country Properties help I doubt I would have seen it through. She was always at the end of the phone when I had a question or needed advice. She liaised with the solicitors at times when I felt I was getting nowhere with them.
