Purchase of house
From our initial meeting through to negotiation and final agreement Andrew handled the transaction in a sensitive and professional manner. Throughout the transaction Andrew kept in regular contact and an excellent link between us and the seller. As we were Scottish purchases he was very good at explaining the differences in the English system.

Sound, knowledgeable advice
I recently marketed and sold a property using Andrew Levick at this office. As always a very efficient service. He has been my go-to-advisor for all property advice since my first property purchase back in 1991! He always has indepth knowledge of the local property market and gives sound advice whether buying, selling or investing. Highly recommended!

Efficient, open and helpful Estate agent.
As a first time buyer in my 50s I began dealing with the estate agent with some trepidation. How misguided could I have been. Andrew and his team were open, friendly and helpful at every stage of the process. The purchase ran smoothly from boom to bang and this was in no small part due to the experienced hand at the tiller of our purchase. Many thanks.

Fast, Fair, Friendly and Efficient

Friendly, responsive and reliable
