Matthew was great as he was so proactive in finding solutions to my housing search rather than just saying what I wanted wasn't available. He also ensured the process moved very rapidly. Sale of our house

We had bond Oxborough Phillips value our house at the end of July this year. Their staff were very professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our house sold within one week! and at a very good price, I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their house.

Agent gave an estimated price one week, put on the market the following Monday, sale agreed by the following Friday! Two other viewings before that as the agent knew his 'market' as to who might be potentially interested in the purchase. Around 10 days from start to finish can't be bad.
