We were very impressed with the level of customer service and commitment Bond showed. They were always available to speak to and offered advice wherever they could. They sold out house quickly and were right on top of new houses for us to purchase and kept us informed all the way. Once the sale was in process they were great communicators through our buyers, ourselves and our sellers. Great service, would highly recommend.
Our Bideford office is situated on one of the busiest streets in town. We have the largest window frontage of any agent, and our eye-catching LED displays are a draw for any house hunter. Clients are invited to take a seat in our reception area where tea and coffee is always available. A large colour screen displays all the latest properties we have to offer whilst clients are given a suitable selection of properties to view in a relaxed environment. With a courtesy car available, any one of our experienced staff will guide prospective buyers around any of our properties. We are proud to be consistently awarded the top performing agent in Bideford on both Rightmove and Zoopla. If you would like to arrange a free property valuation, or to view any of our properties feel free to call, email or visit our website. We're available 7 days a week, for you.
